At Writers Orbit, we are committed to providing exceptional quality in publishing, writing, editing, design, and book marketing services. We value our clients’ trust and strive for complete satisfaction in every project. However, since each service requires time, resources, and creative effort, the following refund policy applies to ensure fairness and transparency for all clients.
All refund requests will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined below.
If a refund request is made before the delivery of any initial drafts, concepts, or project materials, the client will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.
If a refund request is made within 48 hours of receiving the first book draft, concept, or design, a 66% refund will be issued (less a 10% processing fee).
If a refund request is made between 48 and 120 hours of the initial delivery, a 33% refund will be issued (less a 10% processing fee).
Refund requests made after 120 hours of the initial delivery will not be accepted. However, our team will work with you to explore alternative solutions or revisions to ensure satisfaction.
Once you have approved the delivered materials or requested revisions, the refund option becomes void, and no refund will be issued.
Refund requests will not be accepted if you have not responded or taken any action on your project for 30 days after placing your order.
To reactivate an inactive project, a reactivation fee may apply based on the project’s status and scope.
Refunds are not applicable once final deliverables including manuscripts, design files, or published materials have been delivered.
For book publishing and marketing services, refunds are not applicable once the project has been submitted for publication, promotion, or distribution.
If you have purchased a combined service package (e.g., Book Writing + Editing + Publishing), refunds apply only to the portion of the project that has not yet begun or been delivered.
 Example: 
 If your book writing is completed and approved, you may still be eligible for a refund on the publishing or marketing portion (if it has not yet started).
All refund requests must be based on valid reasons consistent with the original agreement and service expectations.
If the work delivered meets the approved scope and quality, a refund will not be issued however, Writers Orbit may offer additional revisions or adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
Refund requests will only be honored if the order was placed in good faith. If it is found that the same project was assigned to multiple service providers with the intent to claim multiple refunds, Writers Orbit reserves the right to decline the refund and terminate the agreement.
All creative work, including manuscripts, designs, and formatted files, remains the intellectual property of Writers Orbit until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership and rights to the completed materials are transferred to the client.
Writers Orbit is not responsible for any coincidental similarities to existing works or previously published content.
